Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with more than 24hr notice will incur no charge. Cancellations with less than 24hr notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 2 hr notice or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. In order to best serve you, please notify us immediately of a need to reschedule.     

Please understand that we schedule specific time just for you, sometimes hours, and without proper notice we are unable to accommodate other guests. We respectfully consider your time just as valuable as your service provider.
